She had been dealing with severe knee pain to the point she could barely walk and get very much direction or course of action from other doctors.
Within 1 week her pain goes from 7/10 to 1/10. In her own words “It was insane!”
Now she’s back doing things she never thought she would be able to do again like squatting, lunges, even just going up and down stairs.
Here’s what we did.
Instead of dealing with the symptoms (pain in the knee), we dealt with the source of pain. Which for her was ALL about HOW she moved instead of. The 🧠 to body connection I'm ALWAYS talking about with my clients
She’s also stronger than she’s ever been. So even though she “HAS ARTHRITIS”, she doesn’t “HAVE PAIN”!
